Steely 3000psi Tank Question

Hey guys,

Just got a bog standard steely in a package from Just PB and played with it for the first time last night.
But when i was taking the bottle off the marker the bottle was unscrewing from the silver tank head, or what ever its called.

This is what was unscrewing:

So the black bit was coming away from the silver part.

I didnt want to do anything incase i need to send it back, but there seems to be 2 small allen key bolts on either side of the silver part.
Do i just need to tighten these?
Or is it a bigger issue and i should send it back?

the two screws need to be loosened and the silver top should thread back on to the reg. Only then tighten the two grub screws.

My steeley did the same - asked the onsite shop to tighten it. Was a bit of a shock to notice it when playing tho!
