Steelie air tank 4.5k CHEAP

After a 4.5k or maybe a 3k Steelie air tank for a mate just starting out.

NEEDS to be cheap, I did try flogging him one of my fibre wraps but he aint havin none of it so please dont offer em up unless we are talking peanuts lol.

Budget is about £30, may stretch it a little if a CHEAP fibre wrap comes up

Needs to be in test with as much test on it as poss.
