steel hose or 1/4 hose

can someone say wich is best for my cocker running on air , need to conect bottle to front reg abot seven inches long which is best steel braid hose or 1/4 inch black plastic type.

I use personally an SFD no leak hose from LPS. There about £20, just tell them what length your after and they will make u one up

There really go, no leaks, and fixed together in such a way they are more or less impossible to break or unatach themselves without you wanting it to. Great little invention

If I understand you correctly, you're using hose with threads on each end, not the Macro/Micro line that are just cut lengths of plastic hose. If that's true, then either hose will work well for you, but the steel braid tends to look slightly more "pretty" and is slightly more abrasion resistant.
If you play tournaments, I'd recommend steel braid hose. If all you play is walkon, then the black hose is fine, but for a few buck more...
