Communication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not a drill, its a lifestyle on the field, so always focus on that! Other than that running and shooting drills, 3 on 1, snapshooting, and the such are good starting points. You can make up any drill you want by limiting paint or the amount of the field or amount of bunkers you use. Playing together against like teams is great too. Try everything, ive been playing since 94 and I learn something new EVERY time I play. Good luck!!

Communication, walking fields (watch at events to learn how to do it), buy your paint together in bulk to save money, and spend time together. My team and I cook and eat together which helps us get along and spend time thinking about the game and how we can accomplish stuff. Also travel together to different sites and learn as much as you can from different sources and see examples of how teams work together and analyze things. Play together as often as possible and see where your strengths and weaknesses lie. For more info, check out the classroom section of the site.

Oh, and be sure to help each other with other aspects of life like house cleaning, finding dates, etc. so that you can be sure that things are going well with their lives so that fewer problems and outside distractions surface. Be sure everyone drinks lots of water, takes vitamins, eats a good salad at least every other day, and gets plenty of sleep before game days. Always carry plenty of toilet paper so that site bathrooms running out doesn't cause problems on the field or on the way home (smell, that is). MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A WATCH AND AN ALARM CLOCK THAT ARE CORRECT!
