starting a rec-ball team

hey , how would you go about starting a team i have my own marker and so do some of my mates

I think you just turn up on some walk on's.

But don't hold me to that

You would generally pick up local players from where you play and learn about the strife of getting them at the same place at the same time. Lot's of scenario teams also use this forum and they always have advice.
