star frame trigger settings (06 frame on an 05 ego)

i want to set my trigger up for maximum results
but cant seem to find a happy medium
whats the easiest way?

how much pre, and post travel you got? egos seem to fly with as little as possible

its got bloody loads thats the problem

make it as little as you can, then take it back out a wee bit (about a pull of 4mm or something like that) and i can garentee, its will fly (it will bounce and run away)

i'm not really a Ego tech, just what i picked up from when i had a 05 Ego. and when i get a chance to play with team mates Ego's
