Standard Impulse to Vision

It is indeed possible mate:
Newer vision- ready Impys (silver trigger, two ball detents) I think are just under £200.... the board and eye etc just slot it nice and easy.
Older pre-vision Impys are more expensive because milling and tapping is needed... I think it was £250-£300 but don't quote me on any of these prices.

if your buying a new impulse now then it'll be vision ready. all you gotta do is buy a kit from sp and it all slots in.
have to say though that my standard impy is ripping paint out and hasn't chopped yet (in fact one of my team mates has got an impulse and was using it for about 2 tourneys with the vision turned off (he's an architecture student so he's a bit slow!) and he didn't chop anything either.
basically impulse = good
vision impulse = better but not strictly necessary
in my humble opinion.
anyway a HALO is only £100 and i doubt you could outshoot that!
