As Autumn is upon us its time to give you all some details on this years Stalingrad 2 game here at Bullswood.
For those uf you who played last years awesome event, refresh your memory with the video at Paintball Surrey, Sussex and Kent - updates will be posted up on that page as well.
Stalingrad 2 details:
Venue - Bullswood Skirmish on the Surrey/Sussex border.
Date - Sunday 21st November.
Air - HPAC (always the best!)
Max no. of players - 150
Cost - £40 per head if paid before end of October, £45 if November - inc. tea/coffee
Paint - BYO or £22.50 Heat / £25 Formula 13 / £27.50 Polar Ice - all from KEE (if BYO NO stain/thick was fill as its really annoying to still see it 6 months after).
Prizes - Kee Action are kindly supporting the event and we will have tops and guns up for grabs - details on the day BUT the big prize will go to fancy dress!
Dress code - Come on, its November and you can wear Grate Coats (grey for German, tan for Russian) - OK, don`t go to the extreme of the crazy german guy last year but make an effort...
Teams - Let us know which team you wish to be on when booking - the sooner the better as we will be doing all we can to keep the teams even - took the Germans half the day before they could hold up the Russians last year!
Generals - 2 volunteers needed - 1 German, 1 Russian to be Generals - If your keen then let me know.
Staff - My team of in-house staff will be doing the duties again with me cracking the whip!

The Game:
The day will be split into 3 battles with 30 minutes between sessions (personally I love the start of a scenario game when everyone is out there - but after an hour or so a lot of ballers are back at the safe zone drinking coffee so we choose to break the day up a little - though hats off the Rangers guy who shot 3 cases of paint in the first 3/4`s of an hour last year).
Battle 1: Cement Factory seige - The Russians must defend the Cement Factory from the Germans - though the Germans will have the use of troop carrier and Marder Self Propelled Gun to get in close - the armour has been retrofitted with Grenade launchers for an authentic "shelling"!
Battle 2: Take the Fight to the Enemy - Russians and Germans battle for control of as much ground as possible - no vehicles in this one - more a traditional full on paint fest!
Battle 3: Tank Battle - The Germans have been pushed back to their defensive positions with the crazed Russians (lets be fair, thats an apt description of last years Russians)attacking them - though for a scenario game first, both teams will have armour and be driving around trying to score hits on the enemy tank with Grenade Launchers - gun crews will need to be trained up on the day - awesome!
