hpac are filling to 3000psi other tourneys you may wanna check
LOL cos 3000psi is of course extremely safe


No diss to you lump, but if there are doubts, any at all, then what use will only filling to 3000psi do to help?

ian i think its down to the hydro testing. regs and bottle have a far less fail at 3000. i think if you go to 3500 it doubles the pressure on the inside 4 doubles it again so on. so 3k is relatively safe

Fair enough but the old adáge about a car tyre being 30psi bla bla
if there is any doubts about the structural (or otherwise) integrity of the stako to deal with 300 bar, then it should be a blanket ban again IMHO.

and that is coming from someone who used to own a stako and really advocated using them.

but granted 3000 is safer than 4500, but its STILL hpa

Sounds like scaremongering then.

Until everyone in the uk has Pi regs, all air is sourced by HPAC / similar reputatble airsmith / people have IQ tests to be near HP air there will always be risks.


maybe now guns dont need to shoot 30bps, we will see the much lauded efficiency card being played, coupled with xball meaning 3000 psi fills are the accepted norm, not a begruding 2nd choice.
