stained lens

i played the nspl on the 21st and had the mishap of taking a head shot while my head was lowered, hence taking a shot to the top vents of my i3's. i wiped the excess paint off straight after the game (last of the day). i have now found that there is a pink stain inside the thermal layer of my i3's. it looks like the foam soaked up the paint and the proceeded to leak it through


i just wondered if this was a bit of bad luck or did i have a dodgy lense to start with.

Have you tried rinsing the lens under warm water, or washing it properly?
Personally I'd be a little concerned with paint getting inside the lens, but that's just me.

its between the thermal layer,it soaked through the foam, if i put water to it, well it would definately be a new lens then. it's in the vision of my right eye and i'm trying to live with it at the moment

just get a new lens.
will be so much easyer. lol
