As if Shoreline’s previously announced list of traders, tech courses, LaserTag tournament and roster of legendary foreign players from America, Australia, Canada, Sweden and South Africa were not enough, there will also be a bumper prize bag of goodies available for all players to win such as:
• A trip to the worlds largest paintball game courtesy of Shoreline Paintball. One lucky player will walk away from Staargate with a ticket to Oklahoma D-day 2009. Someone’s £2 ticket will win them flights, transfers, event tickets, accommodation and a whole host of other goodies for them to enjoy at the largest paintball game in the world with over 4,000 other players. It is truly the paintball prize of a lifetime!

An Invert Mini donated by Jim ‘Hangernaid’ Helton from America, which will be auctioned off at the end of the day with all proceeds going to the Help for Heroes Charity
There will be an American journalist and photographer flying in to cover the event for the major US magazines. Smile folks – they’ll make you famous!
We have also commissioned a 3 camera professional film crew to be on-site all weekend. They will be interviewing players and capturing all the action in UK Scenario’s first High Definition souvenir DVD that will be available for distribution within 14 days of the event.
Have you ever wanted to bring one of your non-paintballing mates or work colleagues along to a game so that they can see why you walk like an old man on Monday mornings? Then why not tell them that rental equipment is available HERE for only £25. There’s no excuse not to bring those mates who have always wanted to come with you.
Shoreline Paintball has built up an international reputation for our industry leading ‘in game’ pyrotechnics and this event will push the boundaries even further. To our knowledge this event will have the worlds largest ‘in game’ pyrotechnic budget. We’re confident that even experienced big game players will be leaving with big smiles and brown trousers!
Last years game was oversubscribed and people were turned away from the event as they had not booked in on time, at the risk of sounding like a second hand car salesman, if you don’t book in by the 14th September then you will miss the boat as far as £50 tickets go. The only alternative if you want to play at this event after this time will be ‘pay on day’ tickets that will be at a significantly higher price. If the sides of Goodies/Baddies are uneven then the last people to book in will be moved in order to ensure a fair game.
The game props have been made, new bases built, final coats of paint added, player packs are written and the pyro mayhem sorted..
Starargate 2008 is good to go!
