hi all ,havin played paintball for a while me an a few mates are looking at setting up a team an would like to play on SUP air pitches and the like what are your thoughts on the spyder range of markers( FLASH n E 99)as starter tourney guns your thoughts would be appreciated

Hi there

Spyders are neither great markers nor very bad. The workmanship on them is so so and to be honest they are not
really up to tourney play. If you buy them and really get into tourney you will soon have to buy a better marker. So your best bet is to look in the classified section and see what you can pick up cheap. As a rule, automags are really the lowest you want to go for tourney. One of these second hand will set you back about £150-200. Automags are a lot better than spyders and will let you at least compete at tourney level. If you can afford it I would get an impulse or a cocker.

if you really want a spyder go for the AMG nice marker fast rate of fire

depends onhow much you want to spend
