I just bought myself a Spyder Shutter and a basic 48 CI/3000 PSI
PMI Pure Energy nitro tank. So the gun gets delivered and when I try to screw in the nitro tank, the regulator gauge hits into the Shutter's drop forward and won't screw in. Is there anything I can do to fix this short of buying a new drop forward?

Well I don't want to waste even more money now on a remote system...And I'm not sure if the tank will fit even with the drop forward off. I'm going to a local field's shop tomorrow maybe they can do something.

Drop probs

All you need to do is buy a new drop forward with a 'deeper' drop if that makes any sense? in other words one which will not only drop the tank forwards but further down below the marker also, maybe cost you £20 and your problem is solved,

Alternatively get a smaller guage (Dye mini guages are a good choice) I dont know what size your guage is but mine was quite large and the dye ones dont protrude as far out of the reg so should not catch the drop.

hope this makes sense
