Spyder Imagine Low Velocity

Hi
Tried using my spyder imagine at the weekend. Normally it works fine. However this time I could not get the velocity above 230fps. Here is what i have tried already.

Increaseing the velocity using the velocity adjuster.
Brand new 9V battery.
Different springs.
Different co2 bottle.
Air bottle.
Different paint
Different barrels.

Normaly it is rock solid, the only thing I can think of is to change all the seals. Any other ideas selcome.

Maybe a full strip-down service is worth a try. You may have some shell (or equiv) stuck somewhere.

Don't forget to give it a damn good lube when you put it back together though.
