my friends getting one from the local shop as his first gun, they're brand new and i don't know anything about them to tell him anything about them, i looked at it and it looked nice, anyone want to give me some info so i can tell him how it is, i don't want him to buy a $200 gun for a first gun and it be junk or too complicated for him

I think its called a Spyder Imagine mate. They are one of the simplist electronic markers you can get so no confusion there. The only electronic part is the grip frame, which doesn't really need fiddling with.

Its really as simple as a normal Spyder just with electronic grip for speed.

Really nice marker and well worth the money if your mate is starting out but need to compete with other first buyers with electro spyders and the like. :)

Support always available here mate. :)

Well..

he said it's an image select

he just got the gun last night, he came into school today and told me it wouldn't shoot, he said the battery was dead but the lights were on to change modes, he asked what could be the matter with it, i asked if he cocked it, he goes, you mean pull the bolt on the side out? ( i thought that was a dumb question because he's a big trap shooter), i said yeah, pull it back, he goes how am i shoot semi, 3 ball, and full auto if i have to pull that bolt back every shot? i give him a blank look, it recocks dumba**(another dumb question from a big gun shooter

i can't wait to shoot it, i think i'll have him down this weekend, set up some stuff in the backyard and see who's better

Mate its definitely called an Imagine Select... there is an Imagine and Imagine Select, two different markers.

He dont wanna be pulling the pull pin out the side though, all his internals will come flying out the back.

Basically i believe their is a knob at the back which you can pull :D :D to cock the marker then push it forward again. Gone are the days when spyders had a beaver tail and a bolt with a cocking rod hanging out the back. :)

Have fun with the marker, its a nice model and a better version than the standard Imagine. The nice feature is the push buttons for the modes, where the Imagine "Select" gets its name from! :)

Have fun and be safe! :)
