i registered my etha a while back and i still havent recieved the springless insert i was wondering if you could check up and see if its in process

You need to call and request the upgrade, they do not just send one out to all owners.

Just email Rob and give him your details ie. Serial Number, Name and Address.
and he'll make it happen.
