Hey guy Sponsorship assistance or whatever you want to call it is usually earnt through team performances and results, would you just through kit or money at anybody who just thinks I could do with a bit of that. Check out Darks signature I know the dude and several members of the team and they work damn hard for what they get, as does any sponsored team.
MMMM come to think of it that's how you get helped.

Come across as a good, clean friendly team who show commitment to paintball and you're bound to land a deal of some kind. Paint is 99% the first deal you will land, which helps you out with training etc...
