Splash Anno'ing

Looking at getting a marker or two, plus some parts done at some point in the near future; and yes, I understand this will more than likely require me sending something state-side...

Sooooo, can anyone recommend or suggest anywhere?

So far I'm thinking fbm, as I seem to remember someone mentioning they offered the service, but I just want my ideas backed up, or potentially a better site suggested before I sort something out
