Spitfire upgrade board e-manual neeeded rember angel spifire boards?

spitfire paintball used to do lovely angel upgrades

i have a lovely IR3 they did this too

trouble is they never really caught on i think, and i lost the PDF manual

so i have no idea of the button combinations needed to chage settings, can you help?

the names do ring a bell, and it's not the end of the world as i know its on 15bps limited semi

but i am thinking of doing a big game this year, and it's a bit embarrasing not knowing how to change anything on it as it's been so long
