i think the stock switch on the spitfire board is 80g, i think if you fit a FBM trigger Spitfire change the micrswitch to s lighter one, not 100% on that. You should still be able to used the cobra fine.

Is it the same tigger as you marker i.e. you don't have an A4 trigger on an 04 speed.

Have you adjusted the grub screws to position the trigger properly? Is the trigger pin in good nic?

Hey Tom,

When we installed your trigger we would have matched the switch weight and position to your original trigger.

When you put in the cobra trigger you may need to tweak the trigger setup slightly to get the same peformance

By adjusting the set screws in the trigger and rotating the microswitch board you should be able to get it very light and make it return properly as it did before.

Also make sure the new trigger glides freely in the grip frame. If it is quite a tight fit (either in the frame or on the trigger pin) you may need to polish the trigger/pin until it is friction free.

From memory we used a 50g in your gun, the 80g should allow you to use a stiffer trigger.

If the microswitch is all black (as opposed to black and white) I can send you the heavier switch. It just plugs right in on the board where the old one went...
