Spire Not Working

So I Bought A Spire Today And It Was Fantastic Worked Great Until All Of A Sudden It Stopped Working The Spire Inside Didn't Turn Even When I Shot Or Pressed The Button. Any clues On A Fix ?

Is it getting power? Led on?

Yes L.E.D is on and flashing but the spire does not turn at all but the L.E.D is pulsing

Usually if it's pulsing it's in standby, have you tried pressing the led cover?

Yes Also Does Nothing I Have Also Put In New Battery's

Try a factory reset, if you haven't already.

Checked cables are connected properly? Sorry running out of suggestions, might be time to contact Virtue.
