So basically my spire won't feed. That's the long and short of it. I've tried 3 different sets of brand new batteries and it still behaves really sluggishly whilst spinning (empty, off marker). On the marker it won't feed unless I keep pressing the force feed button. I also raised both the microphone sensitivity and the ball stack pressure settings but made no difference.
Any ideas? If not who in the UK fixes these buggers?
