yep he was one of the best of the old skool. i was really gutted when i heard. his books were very funny.

Such a tragic loss, yet someone who will fondly live on in the memories of many. He was quite a character and I will always remember laughing with my mates whilst listening to some of his shows!!
For anyone interested I think that the BBC have changed the programming tonight quite late, and there's some kind of tribute to him on BBC 1 or 2. Teletext has the updated TV Guide.

Have to agree Spike Milligan was a comedy genius and he will be missed by alot of people, me included.
I didnt always understood he's sence of humour/comedy but he always had my respect.He will be missed.
