The JT 3.5 are ok for a first marker, but you will want better a couple of months down the line.
I still have my Electra 05 i upped last year , spent ££$$ on it, but gotta say it really rocks and would keep up with most mid level guns.
Electra 05
Dye stickys
CP rail on/off
HPA 68/5000 crossfire/PMI
AKA 2 liter HP reg
CIP 15* Assault Block
NDZ valve/valve pin with stock cup seal
32* light valve spring
shocktech medium main spring
IPS Night striker XL
IPS Sunbear bolt (modded with Autococker cocking rod)
NDZ low rise feedneck(holes drilled to relieve Blowby @ very HROF)
Freak kit, with 14" AA front
Reloader B / Z Eggy / Halo TSA LCD frontman
Trigger ajusted for no bounce, still hitting above 15BPS (tested time with hopper full ) and very consistant.
Running 285 FPS @ 340 PSI
Very little recoil , and as quiet as my ION and Angel.
Spike , its more of consistancy and accuracy with the least amount of recoil or kick that makes a marker good.spike_kid
actuly my JT ant realy that bad with me degrees trigger on i can hit 20bps tops on it but i arnt realy paddleing any thing more than 12

10-12 Bps is really all you are goin to need to play. above 15 bps without any form of bounce or ramping is not realistic.
Trying to make a low end marker to beable to compete with a mid level or even highend marker , is like trying to make a 950cc(ie, fiesta) car keep up with accelleration and cornering of a car of that has a 2000cc or 2500cc engine. (ie. GTI, RS)
saying that , i not sure you have reached that age of owning a car yet ?
just go out play and shoot, save your money for a better marker.

He's my lad and he's a bit exited about all the paintball thing. He really enjoys the day out....You know being with lads and leaning to understand his marker and such. Could be worse though, he could have an interest in something illegal.NitroBall said:spike,
i have, like others, given you advise on your other thread.
