Speed with A4 board...bad chrono

hey all

having a prob with my new speed. just bought it with an a4 board, bolt and feedneck already added. gased it up on the w/e and found the chrono was showing 160-180. upped the velocity and finally rounded it to around 260.

the problem is that it fluctuates ALOT. i was getting 260, 278, 244, 267 etc etc. would the problem possibly be my pre set??? http://67.19.5.132/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=39600

it has a low pressure gauge on the side but apparently its fine. however im not so sure.

any ideas guys???? do i need it tested or something?? (not sure when it was last tested).

There's a simple way to test the preset, try another one. Other than that, you may have a dirty minireg or lpr.

It may not even be anything to do with the marker....

Did you have a good paint to barrel match????

lol thats what someone said at work. the balls used there are from powerball and are generally ****e, so thats probably the problem.

im going to koth on the 12th so ill try different paint up there.
