With my speed i turn the sensi on with no paint in and pull once, the speed will fire full auto for ages and in bursts! It is brand new and the trigger is as it was when bought so slack. I have heard some one say "a well set up speed......" but how do you set it up? what should id o to it? I dont have a clue why but is it extreme bouncing or something?I dont think the rate at which it fires any hopper will keep up with it, it also does this but less violent when the sensi is off (sensi is as was when bought) , do you know why exactly? It is brand new so nothing should be wrong with it? I just dont think i will be able to play with it as it is. let me know as im a little worried, cheers

6. Toe adjustment set too fine.

If the toe adjustment is set too fine the recoil of the marker when fired can cause the trigger to activate and appear to go into full auto, in most cases all that is required is a simple adjustment of the trigger toe adjuster screw, but in some cases you may need to bend the trigger activation spring bar back to its original factory position as this will give it the force required to eliminate the firing due to recoil
Above written by PBERIC at Angel Owners. It sounds like this is your problem and as Sonic said, extreme trigger bounce from the first shot fired.

Adjust the toe adjustment screw mate, it maybe set to fine by the factory. The factory does rock though if you have ever been there, nice little factory units :D.

liamliddy: Since your Speed is new, your trigger plate shouldn't be bent out of shape, so you don't need to worry about that part of the above post. The TOE maybe has been set too fine in the factory - it's very easy to do.

Find the small undersized allen key - specially designed for TOE adjustment :) - in the bag of keys & spares you got with the Speed and use that to adjust the TOE: you won't need to turn it very much, just try a teeny-weeny fraction at a time until the bouncing goes away. Ideally you should reglue the screw, but if you haven't cranked it too far, then it should be fine for a long while. As a note, it's always a good idea to have the grip cheeks open when you adjust the TOE, to make sure that you aren't damaging the trigger leaf when you screw inwards.

If you're worried about doing it yourself, take/send it back to where you bought it, to a Speed certified Angel tech or even to WDP.

No debounce setting on the speed? shame cos the triggers can be set so short.

I'd send it back to WDP!

You'd of thought the markers would be tested thoroughly before they get sent out.... or is mine the only company to do that??

He's not talking about the length of the pull

so the slack doesn't matter, its the firing point or "toe" position, this is a new feature on the speed that allows you to set where in the trigger pull you want the marker to fire. If the factory have set it so the toe is too close to the start point of the trigger, no matter how much slack you have after the toe point, you will still have this interesting bounce problem going on.. or maybe its something totally different wrong with yours, but check the toe point anyway.
