Not to sure if should be in hear or not so admin's move it if ya want ;)

Im off to the training day on the 9th with Nexus + Team Phoenix. My problem is i have a spyder victor and very limited funds. My spyder is stock at the moment and my problem is as follows.

I have reached a point where i can fire faster than my grav feeder can feed (and some times faster than the old victor can recock lol). The reason im having to fire so fast is the stock barrel anit that accurate so i lay more paint down to make up for it. Now i can afford to get a new eclipse shaft barrel £35 OR an ER overdrive elec hopper £23. I cant afford both and i will be picking up an eclipse cocker + evo 2 'n' air system in the next month or so (late Xmas prezie from the other half ;) then my girlfriend will be using the spyder. so this is just a short term fix type of thing.

So can anyone advise on the best one to get? i was thinking the barrel would make more sence but im not to sure.

And please no flaming on me using a spyder victor she aint never failed me yet :)

You need to go electronic (gun wise) before you start thinkin of buyin electric hoppers, A new barrel other than the stock barrel will probably help the distance (if it is longer) and accuracy

but in your case i wud say buy a good electric hopper (fast) then you can use it on yer spyder until you get your cocker and then you can stick it on top of ya cocker

Save your money for when you get your new gun, Then you can put it towards a Loader that will keep up with it.

Ask anyone on Nexus or Pheonix if you can have a look at what they have got, you may pick up a bargain!

Chuck speaks the truth.

Well more so than the last time he asked if I wanted to see some puppy's.

Save your money for the new gun, or 2 boxes of paint to shoot through it.

Dont need a new marker

OK guy's cheer's for the reply's but i am picking up an eclipse Pro+ and all the trimming's in the next few months.

The reason i asked is im @ the training weekend THIS Sunday and i need to pep up the spyder a bit. Once i have finished with it my girl friend will be using it to "get the feel for the sport" so what ever is bought for it will stay with it and handed down.

I was thinking that the barrel would be better as it would mean less time "out of cover" when shooting cos i would be able to hit on target a lot easier.

I'm getting one or the other this weekend just wondered what you guy's thought was best barrel or elec hopper??

Get an x board revvy, or an egg, forget the barrel.
