speed 05 breaking balls ?

speed 05 breaking balls ? problem solved

recently bought a speed 05 i had the gun firing with eyes on and using a evo2 1 out of every 50 or so balls were breaking then changed to reloader b and have the same problem have all the settings set as the book advises . does anyone else have same problem or advice ?

update 23/11/04

played this weekend but decided to use my evil pipe kit and used a larger bore. fired about 5000 balls through it and not a problem.
and yes i am trigger happy..... thanks for the suggestions..... hope this helps anyone else with the same problem ..

yea chances are it will be a paint to barrel match i had same prob with my marker

Possibilities

Where is the paint breaking?
On the bolt face, as it drops into the breech in the barrel. Fire a few off till you get a break then take the barrel off and check the bolt face.
As mentioned paint/barrel match, could be the cause and you will see the break in the barrel, with none on the bolt.

If it is breaking on the bolt.
What paint are you using, some paints become very brittle in the cold. Also if the paint is old, or become too cold it may be dimpled.
Easy way to try and eliminate a brittle paint problem is to up the dwell.

Is it breaking in the feedneck area of the breech?
Are the eyes clean?
