About 25 turned up,few moans I'm afraid.
Credit to the 2 marshalls,but2 marshalls weren't really adequate although they did their best, could've done with a mid line marshall, lots of calls went unaswered.
Excellent chrono checks often and thorough.
Turn around speed was good and apart from the odd upset fair play ensued.
We couldn't work out why we weren't able to take the opposition out considering the amount of paint we were firing, few mumurs about suspected wiping(I hasten to add without foundation) but it turned out that a lot of the home/regulars were wearing padding, this explained a lot.
Also too much aggresive/tourney calling;this was a walk-on but I think some peeps were still in tourney mode;dozen shots in the same direction as a target and screams to get out of there wether they'd hit the target or not was of no consiquence.
Fields were good as expected and wet as expected...
We'll be back for the next tourney, not so sure about the walk-ons though, the lack of marshalls being the main issue.
This is my personal opinion,I speak for no one else,ok...;)

Tiffer i did speak to mark on the day from my sick bed and he did tell me then 2 marshals had not turned up for work which was a bummer and let him down.So my opoligies on this but it wont happen again as for wiping and such things i was not there but it does happen even with the top boys sliding into bunkers.Sorry that you wont do the walkons again but i hope i see you again soon.ps are you guys doing north vs south if so give me a shout cheers.

No m8 read my post, wiping was not the issue, the padding/armour was more likely to be the issue, but when your constantly hitting targets you do start to wonder why they don't walk,I'm not insinuating anything of that nature.
We will return but only if the level of marshalling is upped and assured,by that I mean positive numbers more than 2...;)
I'll find out if they want to do the N vs S
Cheers..:D

tiffer the proto body armour you refer to does give you bounces plus the fact frostbite does not always break gives you a little edge i guess but in the summer does not help so much answer is mate buy some proto body armour lol.
see you soon mate.

I played at holmbush this weekend and body armour came up yet again about bounces it does create bounce but its the frostbite thats at fault more as i have hit people on sunday with nothing under jkt and still nothing broke on them.
but i think we need to decide proto body armour on or off in games as i beleive they can wear it in sup-air ???could be wrong.
