When I had the store I used to get on average about 6 - 10 emails per week from him and they would sound "asif" I was already a customer of his

Wife used to email him a resonse in Spanish or whatever she could translate online in which used to completely flummax him, but he didnt remember the previous message and kept on emailing. So we ended up banning him.
