Right, i got the vibe on 2009 Christmas day and it was a Gift from my Brother, as do not see my brother anymore due to him moving away, and the Paintball gun was a gift from him to me with sentimental value i would rather upgrade the Vibe then get a new marker.

As Smart Parts have re-named and rebooted the series of guns. Im just wondering is there anything i could get to upgrade my Vibe.

I've recently purchased a 3000psi tank so i no longer use Co2. But from experience from you guys/girls im just wondering what else could i upgrade to improve my performance with my vibe

what sort of Barrel should i get and what thread does it need to be? and what size?(i have no clue as i am new to owning my own marker),

What Trigger should i get for the vibe? (as i do not know what will fit in the frame ect)

What Hopper? i currently use Gravity Hopper (as im not sure if i get a higher priced hopper will it help the feed or will the balls just break or not feed as good)

Should i consider getting a Blackheart board or any Board which will again increase the performance of my vibe.

What new ASA should i get for the Vibe? (as i need a better one because the stock feels like its chewing the threads away)

And what new Macroline should get for the vibe as i would like a new one.

Sorry for all the questions just want to get into paintball and enjoy it and "Pimp" out my Vibe without being mocked for not having a higher standard gun. if anyone could link me to where i could get the new parts from or just tell me the name of the products i should get i would be more than happy. Thank you for your time for reading.

hi buddy

i would say leave the gun stock for now and just get the rest of your set up sorted first, to me the most important part of a gun set up is the hopper and your gun will shoot so much better once you have a force feed hopper, the only hopper that i would recomend is the dye rotor, it is easy to clean and look after well, it's batteries last almost forever and you will quickly make up the difference in price on batteries and no, most of the time having a force feed hopper will help prevent barrel breaks and ball chops, you can pick up a used one on here for about £80 and they are well worth the money

after a force feed hopper the only other thing that i would upgrade is a barrel, it doesn't have to be a top of the range one, just something like a cp one piece for around £30, the thread is ion, the most common length is 14" to 16", but even a barrel isn't essential

after that just get down your local field and play :) no matter how much money and upgrades you have put into your gun it's not going to help you shoot anyone if its sat in your house cos you cant afford to play, experience will be so much more beneficial to improving your game

if you have a bit of time on your hands, these vids should help:

hope this helps

my missus owns a vibe, has dye boomstick on it and its mint. you can get blackheart boards but really no need.

the gun is a sweet lil marker as standard. it works a treat and iv had mine since they come out.

get yourself a decent hopper and a nice barrel and you will be set.

if you want a new asa get a cp from lips they are excellent. for macroline its pretty much all the same. just choose a colour. bear in mind though when you buy the macroline you will need some ptfe tape and 2 fittings as the stock vibe ones wont take it.
