SP rail and on off

so i ordered me a sp rail and on off

question is this - what is the extra circlip and two TINY little washers for that come with the on off?

also is this a true on/off purge or just a "tap"?
im out of air completely so couldnt test, but it seems there is no moving pin inside the on off

anyone provide an answer please?

its the kit to rebuild the on/off when it starts to leak.

And yes, its just a tap...there is a hole in teh thread section, so, if you undo your bottle a bit, it will vent the gas, so you can get it off easier...might screw your o-ring tho...

had one and there s**t - you can't shut your air off so expect a few blow outs and a few blown o rings

i have to totally agree - i went through 6 bottle o-rings before i gave up - make sure the tank is completely empty before you attach or remove it .
