Anyone ever bought one of these from bz etc?

On the pic it looks like it doesnt have the straight facing macroline fitting.

Anyone know if it does come with this or you need to purchase seperate?

i have had two in the past.
one came with a fitting, one without
sure if you actually ring BZ they will sort you out.
