Are there ever ANY tournaments based BELOW london, other than temple i know of none...

Wait 'till next year. Hopefully some of the M25 league events will be south of the river. Especially if I manage to have any influence, seeing as I've got to help out at them all I'd rather have the occasional short trip to them.
