Just hoping Animal can make it the forth tournament max in a row

thanks for the great games on sunday guys. we played like poo in the morning session then changed over to Zap for the afternoon and won every div 2 game picking up first place trophy. well done our guys and thanks to andy from phoenix for the excellent paint!

my newbie team did well for their first ever time too. only had site guns and surplus DPMs but loved it and they'll be back. even managed to somehow beat DOA (what happened there guys?)

Which DOA team buddy, the one with spit the dummy Robbo, or the second team that made it to amatuer div. Either way DOA managed to redefine the words BAD DAY. Probably had something to do with the film crew!!!!!

i guess it must have been the DOA AM team if the second team was in the 1st division.
the new guys (somehow called NPG COWS NOVICE on the day) went up just for the fun of it after watching the games down here in Plymouth at leg 3 last month.
they expected to get their butts kicked all over the field but ended up winning 3 games and gaining plenty of points off the others. not bad for 1st timers in DPM camos and tipmmann 98's with site paint. anyway they'll be back.
i'll try and get them in on a Red Hot training day to give them a boost for next time.
in fact i think they had more point than we did for the morning games. but then we did have a hard draw with animal and hurricane (who finished 1st & 2nd AM) not helping things. we had a better game against Blitz in the morning but still lost.
we seemed to get it in to gear in the afternoon after changing over to Zap.

I don't think we did very well 5th in div 2, bit of a let down after coming 2nd in div 1 at the last leg.
But I was in France as was Ryan and I think the lads missed us big time and it showed, but we should be playing next time.
So watch this space....
