Some cocker upgrade questions.

Hi, I have a pre 2k mini cocker rhf still with HUGE back block, I have been looking at buying a delrin Jam bolt (which I know I can get for pre2k cockers) and also a SLIK back block, would the SLIK alter the relative pin position of the bolt or not and would it matter if it does? Also does anyone know of any companies that do these parts in the UK?

Best bet would be to ask the makers of the SLIK back block? But for the JAM bolts, you can do a measurement and compare it against their website, http://www.apbbolts.com/cocker_bolts.htm

I am not sure who do either of these bits in the UK, but I have ordered a Delrin Jam bolt off their website no probs (Paypal is a beautiful thing).

if you use a slik back block then you can use a 2k bolt with it, if you go with a 99 bolt then you will need a 99 back block too.
not a prob have a look on the planet site, i got a very nice 99 style eclipse back block, same as the ones found on the eclipse cockers before they went with p-blocks for a fiver perfect for an old school cocker.....i got a delrin supercharger bolt for sale btw in 99 length, brand new looking for £15 for it if you are interested

Course it is mate, primary markers can change but a good back up shouldn't change. Plus its nice to have a cocker to have as a project. I got a spare 44 ram sitting in my tool kit atm, so I am thinking of some day turning her into an electro. So get a ti pump rod off of DB, the SLIK back block (just ordered) and a delrin Jam bolt (about to order) it will be a fast gun which will look normal Before you ask why a Jam bolt as they aren't as light as others out there, I don't think I would get an eye for it so with either a revvy or my halo I won't chop no matter how fast (or should that be slow ) I shoot Thanks for the offer of the bolt though.
