Some advice on best paintball DVD's needed.

Hi, I would like some advice on which DVD's are any good (so to avoid wasting money on poor quality ones).
I am particularly interested in 5 man type Xball format showing mostly top pro teams. Good compilation/muggings and training DVD's also. Must be quite recently made i.e. last few years.
Let me know which ones are any good please and where I can get a copy either cheap or second hand.

A good training dvd for xball is derder exsplained but anything of derders of mugs and everything is normaly good

Derder films are awesome for just fun watching (awesome shots, dives, muggings etc.), I highly recommend Progression (follows individual pro players, has a nice story line to it rather than trying to cram in entire leagues) and Obscure Influence/Natural Selection (just a good watch). For training, try Hell Week (team training) or One With the Gun (personal skills training, really awesome and worth a watch).
