I did order something about 2 mounts ago ! I have just given up. I think that there was a thread on this a while back. The sight owner had personal problems
i'm sending this personal apology out to everyone who's placed an order recently which has not yet been delivered. I have a close family member hospitalized with serious medical issues and I've been unable to get orders shipped or emails answered in a timely manner.
which made a back log then they had various other problems
I’m sending this message out as an apology to all of our customers. We were recently hit by the high windstorms that caused us to be without power for over a week
which made the back log even worse. I don't blame them as we all know how unexpected things happen.
The last contact i received from them was an e-mail:
We’re very sorry for any problems or delays. I’m sending this message out to anyone who’s tried to contact us. We’re overloaded with orders and we now have new orders put on hold for the time being to handle the backlog.
Alot of other people received the same e-mail.
I am sure they are going to get it all sorted but i for one am not going to be shopping there again.
