soft golf spikes???

just got a pair of track shoes and i was wondering what spikes people use.

ive taken all the metal spikes and them seem to be ok but i want more grip.

if not sure if they fit the threads but yeah soft golf "spiders" are the ones you want

they are a different thread i believe, golf spikes are normally a 6mm thread and from what i recall track shoes use and imperial thread

i measured the diameter and they are 5mm.

in that case the person i know who used them drilled out the whole and used araldite to glue the golf spikes in

would rather not drill/glue the pikes as i want to replace them if they do break, etc.

i had to rethread mine using a tap and die set, now they work awesome.

black widow softspikes small metal thread are the buisness

What he said. There isn't really any other option and it works perfectly once done, just needs the correct equipment to do it
