havent seen any threads on this, obviously not very well heard of.
basically this mod is for matrix, cocker or viking/excalibers.

SCM
'supposed' to give a more consistent velocity even during high rates of fire.

take a look at the link. and tell me what you think. looks quite impressive

I say try your viking first, if you feel you could benefit from the advantages the SCM would give then get one. Knowing AKA stuff it'll do exactly what it says on the tin!!
