Snipehog?....

Hi, just letting you all know that I bought a marker off the user with the callsign of 'Snipehog?' on the 28th of October, he promised me it would be here by the 15th of November....it hasn't come at all....last contact I had with him was on the 8th of November, I have sent him e-mails, pm's and have msn'ed me, and it has all resulted in....nothing...

If anyone has contact with him, please ask him the the hell is my marker...

Ok, he logged on a few minutes ago, so I asked him if I could have a refund so he sent me about 5 games that take up half my screen.....

And then he nudges me.....so I ask him if I could have a refund because I am gonna buy another marker and if he doesn't further action will be taken, he nudges me then leaves....

Anything else I can do?
