Every one has waited for the day where paintball will come to a point where has its own weekly programme. Well the 6th October 2006 is the day.

10pm 06/10/06 on ESPN2 Smartparts will be launching there own TV show where viewers will be able to watch matches after matches.

The Smart Parts World Paintball Championships brought together eight of the world's top professional paintball teams for a 12 game tournament packed with intense competition. Paintball World Cup founder Jerry Braun helped produce the tournament and said, "The matches were tremendously exciting and exceeded all expectations. We had two blow outs, two comfortable wins, and eight nail biters which included three overtime games."

1) A move in the right direction would include all major (and minor) paintball companys joining together - not just having a "smart-parts" event.

2) We can't watch it in the UK - so meh

There's ESPN classic on 442 but no ESPN sport or anything.
