so if NPF wins, does that mean that all the people SP have sued get their money back or are able to manufacture again or whatever it is SP has done to them?

Preliminary research indicates that NPF is suing 4 local fields and shops in Wisconsin, and Smart Parts, Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation. The corporation was administratively dissolved in 1992. Why NPF would sue a corporation that was dissolved 12 years ago and 4 Wisconsin fields and shops remains unclear. Smart Parts is currently based in Pennsylvania and incorporated under the laws of that state, and has been since 1989. We will have online access to court records hopefully tommorrow and we hope that things will become more clear with that information in hand.
