Smart Parts Freak Barrel

Hi,

I am looking at getting one of these kits to use with my mini and was wondering a couple of things:

Is there any differance in performance between a 14" or 16" barrel?

Tip wise is there a differance between the freak tip and the all american tip or is it purely cosmetic??

There's very little in it. People will tell you there is a difference but personally there isn't. The bore size does improve efficiency which is why the freak kit is a good buy

No difference between 14" and 16" with regard to performance, no more accurate at all. Some people like longer barrels like 16" when playing sup-air tourney ball because they use them to push against the inflatable bunkers.

Likewise, there's no difference between the two tips beside cosmetics. I personally prefer the All American tip but that's just me.

all American tip has an arched drop shot, whereas the freak tip has a flat shot in comparison

ive seen no difference at all with the different fronts, i asked the same question when i bought my kit, shot both and found nothing between them except looks!

Got both tips plus the rain one with no holes in it. Sound was the only different. No noticeable difference in shot.
