The Dye slide shorts are the mutts. Theve got padding in all the right places 
I had a pair the same pair for about 8months and there still in perfect condition!

Just the padding in certain areas for Tom just helps to lok like a man! One day tommy those golden balls will drop i promise!!
I've had my Dye sliders for over a year now and still love them. Great fit, great construction.
Sliding shorts are basically lycro briefs with padding on the outer hip and thigh and a spot for a cup (comes with a soft cup but I use a hard cup). They help prevent roadrash and knob-shots. I don't go on the field without 'em

the Dye slider shorts are the shizz..they're great! Just the right amount of padding in those OH SO painfull spots
The JT skinz aint bad either, the padding in me Dye shorts has gone all to pot (prob due to tumble drier accident). Problem with the JT's is that the cup holder moves around so one minute its coverin the vitals, the next its the front of ur leg. Quite suprised no body has complained bout the cup size. Every body i know comes out with the usual crap off "its to small".
