i wear the dye ones too and been fine so far, however the crotch protection on them is rubbish so i you can try find something with good padding there if you can. slide shorts are a great investment
I have a pair of JT ones, bought after I got shot right in the nuts a few years back (they have a little sorts cup included) and they take a lot of the pain out of that sort of impact, as well as saving your hips from a little abuse.....
