Im having a problem when the velocity is set over 250. Its fine for a few shots but will then begin to fire full auto and not stop, like the sear's not catching the bolt. Obviously pressure related as the gun's fine sub 250. I've stripped, cleaned, lubed countless times, replaced rings but still no luck- any help appreciated.

You've answered your question there, as you increase the input pressure via the Hyper 3 regulator the sear is struggling to hold the bolt back under the pressure. Check that there is not too much lube on the bolt or the sear, it only needs a little smear, and that there are no burs or damage on either. If the problem persists then either return it to your retailer, your local Dye Tech (I think that will be Syd at Paintball Warehouse in Newton Abbot) or contact Ash at Dye.

Thought id finally get round to tying this thread up incase anyone has the same problem. It was a worn seear and a quick call to the guys at dye sorted it. They sent me a new one inc spring and rings for free the very next day, so big thanks to them. I later distroyed my plastic bolt tip and recieved a whole all metal front bolt a coupple days later.
