second hand eclipse or dye marker will do you best for a lot less. or if you want to buy new out of those two mini is better- there are other options on the markert though (like a pmr)

From personal experience I would definetly get a mini, much better quality (not cheaply made) and therefore more reliable

You will get a second hand mini for £160 - £180 depending on condition mate.

I own a mini as my first marker and they shoot really nice and feel compact in your hands which is good. However, I had a few problems with my mini due them putting the "deffective" poppets in and you should try to make sure that you buy a mini with the v2 parts in.

Mini all the way mate. Light easy to use and easy to maintain. But i would say try and get down to your local paintball shop or try one at a walk on or something. Its easy for me to say go for a mini but have one in your hands try it out yourself see if you like it and go from there.
