SLG 09 Regulator

Hi,
I've got a problem with the reg on my 09 SLG coming loose and causing a leak. Because the reg itself is smooth its difficult to get a grip on it to tighten it properly. Would PTFE tape on the regs threads be a solution?

It would help, or put the next sized 0 ring on the reg so it grips the frame better, byt the pressure of the air should be enough to hold it in place anyway.

The reg on my 08SLG was loose out of the box, I used a small allen key in the hole located approximately halfway up the reg to get a proper grip to tighten it. Leverage, if you will.

Theres nothing in the manual about this hole being used for anything else, and my SLG's been fine ever since, so I guess it's ok to do. I'll probably be corrected if I'm wrong.

take the rubber bits off the reg, put some gloves on and tighten
