Sledgehammer LPR adjustment

I need to lower my cocking pressure on my cocker, as i'm chopping paint a little more than i'd have expected. I read somewhere that you can lower the pressure of the Sledgehammer LPR by removing the back part of it and turning the screw in the back....but what way?
